Patient Documents

In order to have up to date Physician Orders, Referral Documents, Discharge Orders and Lab Results available for the Field Staff to see, you will need to add these to the Patient Chart.

In Billiyo the Patient's Chart is Managed in the Patient Dashboard.

Navigation:  CRM > Clients > Patient Dashboard

Here you will See the The Landing Page is the Patient Profile Tab.

Once in the Dashboard you will Search your Patient by Status

Click on the Documents Tab.

Add Documents with the Gray Plus Sign

When Adding a Document, a Drop Down List of Available Document Types Will appear.

These options are Named from the Company Settings Page.

Once you have chosen the Name of your Document, Click or Drop the file to Upload and Make Sure to Click Save when finished.

A Great Feature in Billiyo is that every time a Document is Added to a Patient Chart, the Clinical Application User that is associated to the Client will get a Notification on their mobile Device. 

And When they Click on the Notification, it will open the Application and Show them the alert. 

When a Billiyo Clinical Application user Adds a Document from the Application to the Patient Chart, Back Office Users will get a Notification and can be set up to also receive an email.

To delete a document, click on the or on the then .

 Only Super users can delete a completed document 72 hours after the form was marked as “Complete”.

Edit a document

Request for Signature

Mark as complete

View Requests for Signature
