- Notification configurations allow you control what tasks are auto-generated based on automation Billiyo has in place and who receives notification when an auto-generated task is created.
- Only super users have access to notification configurations.
Accessing Notification Configurations
To access the notification configurations page, in the left menu navigate to:
More > Company > Company Settings
Then, click into the Notification Configurations tab.
Automatic Task Generation
Within the notification configurations tab, you'll find several task names listed. These task names are associated with automation built into Billiyo.
Below, you'll find information about our auto-generated tasks and task flows:
Task Name | Task is Automatically Generated |
Client Onboarding Review | When a new client is added within Billiyo. |
Client Status Change Assign Visit | When a patient/client's status is changed to pending admission. |
Missing Face to Face | When Medicare Traditional Fee for Service is chosen while adding a patient, via CRM > Patient Onboarding, if a face to face is not uploaded during step 2. |
Incident Report Review | When an incident report is added via a Billiyo mobile app. |
NOA Submission | When a new Medicare patient requires an NOA submission. |
Completed Caretaker Evaluation | When a caregiver evaluation is completed within the Billiyo Clinical app. |
Document Added |
When a document or attachment is added for a patient within the Billiyo Clinical app and when a digitized document that was sent via email is completed. |
Supervisory Visit Due | When a supervisory visit is due to be completed. |
Caregiver Evaluation Due | When a caregiver evaluation is due to be completed. |
Assign Subsequent Visits | When an SOC RN visit's status changes from entered to worked. |
Audit the Assessment | When an assessment has been completed within the Billiyo Clinical app. |
Patient Recertification | When a patient recertification is due. |
Order 485 for Review | When a 485 order is auto-generated from an assessment that was completed in the Billiyo Clinical app. |
Your Auto-Generated Task Preferences
Within the notification configurations page, you can set what auto-generated task flows apply to your agency.
If you'd like a task to be auto-generated, check the checkbox under the Generate Task? heading.
If you do not want a task to be auto-generated, uncheck the checkbox under the Generate Task? heading.
After making your selections, click on the button, in the bottom right corner of this page, to update your preferences.
Choose Who Receives Notifications
By default, each task has user roles assigned to receive notifications when a new task is created. However, you can customize who receives a task notification based on your agency's needs!
To choose what user roles receive a notification for a task, select the user roles under the Assigned Roles heading.
If there are user roles that are already selected that you do not want to receive a notification, click on the x next to the user role to remove it.
After making your selections, click on the button, in the bottom right corner of this page, to update your preferences.
Get Email Notifications
Along with in-app notifications, you can opt to have email notifications sent as well.
To have an email notification sent when a new task is auto-generated to the assigned roles, check the checkbox under the Send Email? heading.
If you would not like to have an email notification sent, uncheck the checkbox under the Send Email? heading.
After making your selections, click on the button, in the bottom right corner of this page, to update your preferences.
