As you fill out this form, there are a few important items to note. **Step 3** will ask you to input your agency locations & criteria. If you have multiple NPI/UMPI's, make sure to add each while completing — using the \`*Add Agency NPI/UMPI*\` button to do so. **Step 5** will ask if you are currently using an EVV system. The answer to this question is: > Yes - I currently have my own EVV system and would like to integration with HHAX (EDI) Within **step 5**, once you've selected that you have your own EVV system that you would like to integrate, additional fields will appear asking for information about your current EVV system.
