This is the Notification Center.
By Clicking on the Icon you can open up the Notifications and By Default it is set to Open the Messages Notifications.

The User Receives these Task Notification based on the Notification Configuration setting in the MORE>Company>Company Settings. For More Information on Setting up Task Notifications, please reach out to Your Billiyo CSM.
The Tasks need actions to be taken by the Back Office User and the User will see Buttons to take an action against the Notification.
Let's talk about the Buttons:
-
Mark as Read: This button only marks notifications as read for the logged-in user. It changes the notification color and removes it from the notification count but keeps it in the list.
-
Hide Task: This button only hides the notification for the logged-in user, removes it from the notification count, and removes it from the notification list but keeps it in the Task page.
-
Mark Complete: Same functionality as on the Task page. Marks the task as completed for all users, removes it from the list, and decreases the notification count.
-
Delete Task: Same functionality as on the Task page. Deletes the task for all users, removes it from the list, and decreases the notification count.
