The Billiyo Clinical Application is a One Stop Shop for all Oversight of Caregiver Care and Performance. This includes Care Plans.
The Preferred method in Billiyo to Add Care Plans for Caregivers is in the Billiyo Clinical Application.
Here you can Add and View Care Plans and you can Print them too.
Navigation: In the Billiyo Clinical Application, head on over to the Clinical Tab at the Bottom of the Home Screen.
Then Click on the Care Plan Page.
Once in the Care Plan Page, use the Filter at the Top Right of the Screen.
Here the User will be able to use the Filter at the Top Right of the Page to Define the Patient and Date Range Desired.
And Click Apply.
If Any Care Plans have been made in the Date Range for the Patient that was specified, they will appear here for the User to View.
They also have the option to View the PDF in the Billiyo Clinical Application and can Print from here, once the PDF is open.
Once you Click on the PDF icon the Care Plan Will Generate.
Click on the Printer Icon to Print, or Share as a PDF and Email it. 
Any information added in the Client Profile in the Back Office, such as: Responsible Party, Advance Directives, Allergies, will appear in the finished PDF.
To Add a Care Plan in the Billiyo Clinical Application.
Click the Blue Plus sign in the Page.
Once the Blue Plus sign is clicked on:
You will choose the Client, Caregiver, and SA that applies to the Care Plan.
The Back Office Must Assign the SA for the Client, in order for the User to have access to assign it to the Care Plan. If no SA is seen in the Clinical Application, please contact your Agency Administrator.
Once Completed in it's entirety, you will Click the Check Mark at the Top Right of the Page.
This will save the Care Plan and Sync it to the back office.
