Client Eligibility

Check that clients are eligible to receive services and have an active payer to cover services rendered.


To view client eligibility head to CRM > Client Eligibility.

 

It is very important that the correct PMI/Member ID has been added to the client's profile in Billiyo as this is how eligibility is run!


On the screen that appears, All Records will be selected in the drop-down field by default. The information that shows on this screen can be filtered by the following options:

  • Clients Without Insurance: The client does not have insurance coverage.
  • Payer Changed: The client's payer has changed.
  • Waiver Changed: Changes were made to the waiver service.
  • SpendDown: The amount a client is required to pay out-of-pocket.


To download a PDF or CSV file of the client eligibility information, click on the PDF or CSV buttons towards the top right.
