Client Eligibility

Check that clients are eligible to receive services and have an active payer to cover services rendered.

For this report to run, it is very important that a client's 8-digit MA number is entered within the Member ID (PMIfield in their client profile. If it is not, information will not be displayed within this page.

Note: No payer IDs should be entered in the Member ID (PMI) field.

Accessing the Client Eligibility Page

To access this page, in the left menu navigate to:

CRM > Client Eligibility

 


Filtering + Searching

Upon initial view of the client eligibility page, records of all client eligibility run will display in the table. 

To focus in on a specific category, use the Report Type filter that appears above the table. 

All Records Displays all clients that eligibility was run for appears.
Clients Without Insurance Displays all clients that do not have insurance coverage.
Payer Changed Displays all clients whose payer has changed.
Waiver Changed Displays all clients who had changes made to their waiver service.
Spend Down Displays all clients who need to pay out of pocket, and includes the amount they need to pay ("Spend Down").


Additionally, there are search fields that appear above each column heading that can be used to search for a specific client or item.


Reviewing Information

After narrowing down the information you'd like to review, or even when viewing all, additional information can be found by clicking on the to the left of a table line. 

 


Downloading Information

As you review the information within this page, you will see options to download appear.

The first option you'll see for downloading information are the PDF and CSV buttons that appear above the upper right corner of the table. 



The second option for downloading information is within an individual line in the table, after the
is clicked on.
