      Rate Changes Effective January 1, 2024

      MN DHS recently announced a number of rate and budget increases for Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS). These increases are effective January 1, 2024. Please refer to this DHS Bulletin for more information.

      Billiyo will automatically increase the rates for all affected services provided on or after January 1st, 2024 for the MN DHS payer only. Below is a list of commonly used services with the new rates.

      The mass rate changes done by Billiyo only apply to the MN DHS payer! All effective rate changes for other payers (i.e. UCare, Health Partners, BCBS, etc.) will need to be updated by your agency. Please follow the instructions below for adding mass rate changes.
