Physician Orders

If you every need to take a Verbal Order, there is a Feature in Billiyo for you. Rather it's an Order to Discontinue a Service or Medication, Adding a New Service or Medication, Billiyo Makes it easy to Add the Order.

Navigation: Clinical > Physician Order > Add Physician Order

Head on Over to the Clinical Tab and Add your Orders

Once you choose your client, any Physician in the Patient Profile will be available in the Drop Down for "Physician"

Once the Physician is Chosen the System will Autofill Patient Information to the Order with Demographic, Responsible Party, Diagnosis and Primary Physician marked by the Check mark in the Client Profile in the Patient Dashboard.

The Client Medication List will also Pull to the Order from the medication Tab in the Patient Dashboard. 

You will need to Sign as the Nurse for the Order.

Make Sure to Save the Signature and Save the Order. 

Once Saved, the System will automatically take you to View Physician Orders. 

Here you can View the PDF and Print or Save it to send out to the Doctor for Signature.

Delete it, if made in error.

Edit it.

If Editing, Click Save and be sure to Regenerate the PDF.

If you are a Billiyo Communications Package Customer, you will also have the Option to eFAX the Order for Signature. 

Make Sure to Save or Download the PDF and Upload it to the Documents Tab of the Patient Dashboard, so that the Field Staff can View the Document in the Billiyo Clinical Application. 

Navigation: CRM > Clients > Patient Dashboard

Choose your Patient

Click on the Documents Tab and Click the Plus Sign to Add your order to the Patient Chart.
