Different types of users have different levels of system access. Access will determine what users see when navigating the Billiyo platform, as well as actions they can take. Here is a breakdown of the various roles and functions in Billiyo:
- Super User
- The 'highest level' user, can access and work ALL aspects of Billiyo.
- Has full editing access without time restrictions.
- These users are often high-level administrators.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Has access to almost all aspects of Billiyo, except for the Admin Dashboard.
- Can edit most things within 24 hours of initial edit.
- These users are typically responsible for billing.
- Client and Employee Relations
- Has access to most aspects of Billiyo, except for billing/money related processes.
- Can edit most things within 24 hours of initial edit.
- These users typically work in the organization's office with the administrators.
- Qualified Professionals (QPs)
- Has access to Clinical operations (i.e. documentation), Client profiles, and Employee profiles.
- Can edit most things within 24 hours of initial edit.
- These users are nurses, physicians, therapists, etc.
- These users typically work in the mobile Apps, but can also access the desktop application.
- Caregiver & Caregiver Enhanced
- Have access to the Billiyo Caregiver mobile app only.
- Caregiver Enhanced users can create their own schedules, Caregiver users cannot.
- Cannot make edits to information after submission.
- These users are usually PCAs, CNAs, and other caregivers.
- Managing Employer
- For this role, during account setup, the clients this person has access to view are selected.
- Has access to see the profiles for the clients they are tied to and ability to do scheduling, schedules approval, and view timesheets for these clients only.
