Send Claims
To send an EVV claim, head to Billing > EVV > Send Claims. On this page use the filter and search fields to locate the claim.
Before sending a claim, click on the + sign to the left of the client's name to review. When doing so additional information about the claim will appear, including dates of service and billed amount.
Once you're ready to send the claim, click on the checkbox to the left of the client's name. From here, click on the Send Claims button in the upper right corner of the screen to submit your claim.
More than 1 claim is able to be sent at a time. Check the box next to all claims that you'd like to send, use the checkbox at the top to select all.
EVV Report
To check on claims that have been sent, head to Billing > EVV > EVV Report. On this page use the filter and search fields to locate a specific claim.
Claim information that has been sent can be reviewed by clicking on the + sign to the left of the provider's name.
On the table there is a column heading for "Rejected" to be able to easily see how many claims have been rejected. When clicking on the + sign to the left of the provider's name, under the "EVV Status" heading additional information about the rejection may show.
EVV Claims
Under Billing > EVV > EVV Claims, additional information about each individual claim can be seen. On this page use the filter and search fields to locate a specific claim to review.
After locating the claim to review, click on the + sign to the left of the client's name. Doing so will display additional information about the claim.
If a claim needs to be rebilled, after any necessary changes have been made, check the box to the left of the client's name. Then, click on the Rebill button towards the top right corner of the screen.
