Create a Customized Report

Create your own customized reports with the dynamic report page.

Create and Download a Report

To create a report, in the left menu navigate to the Dynamic Report page:

Reports > Dynamic Report


Within this page, click on the button in the upper left corner of the screen.


On the left side of the pop-up that appears, select the "Category" and "Report" type.


Within the "Fields" section, select fields to include within the report — multiple fields can be selected and the order in which they are chosen determines how they display. 



Within the "Filters" section, select filters — use the to create multiple filters.


Within the "Order By Field" section, select what order information should appear in.

Use the to create multiple order rules, and the to say if it should be in ascending or descending order.


Once all sections have been completed, click on the to see the report you've created appear on the right side of the screen.

  • If a appears on lines, click on it to reveal more information.
  • Use to close the report setup details to make the generated report fill the full window.
  • Use to open the report setup details.


To download a CSV file of the report, click on the button in the upper right corner. Some reports will give you the option to choose whether a summary or all details of it should be downloaded.

Save a Report Template

If a report you've created is one that you'll be using often, save it as a template so that you don't have to re-create it each time you need it.

After creating and generating the report, click on the button to give the report a name and save it.

View and Manage Report Templates

Report templates that have been saved can be found within the table that appears in the Dynamic Report page.


To help locate a specific template that's been saved, you can:

  • Use the "Search" feature to search for the name it was given.
  • Click on a category on the left side of the screen to filter.
  • Use the "Show All" toggle to see templates created by other users.


After locating the saved report, you can: 

  • Click on the icon next to it to save/unsave it as a favorite — when the star is filled in with yellow, it's been saved as a favorite.
  • Click on the "Report Template Name" to see the report details and edit it's criteria. If you make any edits, click on the button to rerun the report!
  • Use the button at the right to quickly download a CSV file of the last generated version.
  • Use the button at the right to quickly download a PDF file of the last generated version.
  • Delete the template if it's no longer being used by clicking on the button.
