With the Dynamic Report you can create your own, customized, reports in Billiyo.

How to Access the Dynamic Report
To access the Dynamic Report, we can head to Reports" > "Dynamic Reports.
Adding A Report
To create a custom report, click on the blue Generate Report button.
In the resulting pop up window we can select our Category and Report type. These two boxes will tell Billiyo what type of document we are making, so Billiyo knows where to pull information from.
After a selecting a report type its time to chose the Fields that we will see.
We can chose as many fields as we would like.
The last step is to pick the Filters that will organize the report. For instance, if we are generating an employee report, we could filter for an individual employee's name. Similarly, if we're creating a scheduling report you may want to filter for worked dates.
To add multiple filters we can select our first filter and then add additional ones by clicking on the blue plus sign.
Finally scroll down to the "Order By Field." Here you can say how the report should be displayed. For instance, if you want the report to show your employees, organized by their admission date, select "Admission Date" and then in the "Order By" box you can say if you want to see the report in ascending or descending order.
After making your selections click on the blue Generate button. Your report will appear to the right of the prompts. You can see the the fields you asked for in the columns near the top of the screen and by clicking on the green plus sign to expand your view.
While editing a report, you can download it by clicking on the PDF or CSV options to the top right of the screen.
Saving Report Template
If you plan on reusing a report you can save it by clicking the green Save Template button and adding a name.
Locating Reports
To open a saved template, locate it and then click on the blue text that displays the report's name.
Search By Category:
Reports are grouped into different categories. To see the reports that are saved under a specific category, click on the category's name.
Search By Favorite
To favorite a report click on the Star Icon on the righthand side of the report's line.
To view favorited reports, click on the Favorites filter.
Search By Name
If you know the name of a report, you can search for it by typing into the Search Bar near the top of the screen.
Deleting and Downloading
Delete Report
To delete a report click on the Red Trashcan icon to the far right of the reports line.
Download Reports
You can Download Reports by clicking on the download icons near the trashcan. The green option will download your report an an Xcel file and the purple one will download it as a PDF.
