Document Grouping

Need to have documents completed at certain intervals? Billiyo has a solution for that.

Navigation: Operation>Documents>Documents Grouping

Here you can set up Certain Documents to be Generated at a Certain Frequency.

First Select the Frequency of How Often you would like the Document to Generate:

Next Choose what the Frequency will be based on:

Next Choose if this is a Client Document Type or an Employee Document Type:

Once You have Chosen Employee or Client the next Option will open up to Choose the Document that you wish to have generated:

Note: You can add multiple Documents at Once.

Once you have Chosen the Document (s) that you wish to have automatically Generated, Click .

To View a List of Available Documents Please Visit the Company Settings in the More Tab.
