Clinical Application Incident Reports

Documentation is the Corner Stone Of Home Health and Home Care. If you aren't capturing an Incident and Reporting it in Real Time, you open yourself and your agency up to liability.

In Billiyo All Caregivers, Clinical Staff and Back Office Staff are capable of Incident Reporting and When a Back Office user Creates an Incident Report, Caregivers and Clinical Staff are Notified in the Billiyo Caregiver and Billiyo Clinical Application. 

Navigation: In the Billiyo Clinical Application, head on over to the Clinical Tab at the Bottom of the Screen, then Click on Incidents.

Once in the Incidents Page, use the Filter at the Top Right of the Screen.

Here the User will be able to use the Filter at the Top Right of the Page to Define the Patient and Date Range Desired. 

And Click Apply.

If Any Incident Reports have been made in the Date Range for the Patient that was specified, they will appear here for the User to View.

They also have the option to View the PDF in the Billiyo Clinical Application and can Print from here, once the PDF is open. 

Once you Click on the PDF icon the Incident Report Will Generate.

Click on the Printer Icon to Print, or Share as a PDF and Email it.

To Add an Incident Report in the Billiyo Clinical Application. 

Click the Blue Plus sign in bottom of the Page.

Complete the Form in it's entirety, documenting any pertinent information.

Once Completed in it's entirety, you will Click the Check Mark at the Top Right of the Page. 

This will Save the Incident Report and Sync it to the back office.

If a Supervisor and Caregiver are Named in the Report, they will get a  Notification and need to Sign the report.

Back Office staff will also get an alert that a New Incident Report has been made so that they can act accordingly.
