Client Medication in Client Profile

Add client medications for a client's record. This is used for Home Care patients that do not receive medication management services (eMAR).

  • Navigate to CRM > Client > View Client
  • Scroll down to the Medications tab to see the client's medication list.
  • Click the green plus Green_Plusicon next to a medication to expand for details.
  • Click 'Edit Medication' to change medication details like frequency, dose, and instructions.

  • Click 'Save' to save changes. 

  • Click 'Delete Medication' to remove the medication from the patient's record. 

Note:  Only those assigned roles as Qualified Professionals (QP) and Super Users have access to add and edit medications.
