Available Shifts
You may need to schedule for your client, but do not yet have a Caregiver assigned to the client. In Billiyo we offer Available Shift Scheduling. Caregivers and Clinicians can then claim those shifts via the Mobile Application.
Navigation:Enter your Client in the Top Filter and Click on the date that you want your schedule to begin.
Choose your set up:
- Type
- Payer
- Leave the Employee Blank
- Choose your dates for the available schedule
- Staff Ration
- Frequency
- and Click ADD
Your schedule will be Yellow.
To View all Available schedules, change your schedule view to "Available".
Now you can come back at a Later Time and Edit the schedule to include the Employee that accepted the Shift.
Or the Employee Can Clam the Shift or Visit from within the Mobile App.
Once the Caregiver has requested the shift, head on over to Scheduling>Available Schedule Page.
Put your client in the search bar and hit the refresh button.
From here you can assign the caregiver to the shift.
Click the Eye Icon and Either Accept or Reject the Request.
Accepting the Request will assign the employee to the schedule.
To allow all employees to see available shifts, turn on the setting in Company Settings.
