Adding a Vulnerability Assessment from the Billiyo Clinical Application

Our Clinical Application allows QP's, Nursing and Therapy skilled staff members to create Assessments from the patients or clients home or community visit.

Once the User is logged into the Application

Navigate to the client you would like to add the Form for using the filter at the top right of the screen.

Once you are on the patient you would like to add the form for

Navigate to the Clinical Tab at the bottom of the screen>Click on Clinical Forms>Click on Vulnerability Assessment

Here you can Add- by clicking the plus sign at the bottom of the screen to complete the form, then sign it, once you are ready to save it, click on the check mark at the top right of the screen.

Here is also where you would see any other Vulnerability Assessments created on the patient, you can edit an existing Assessment, by clicking on it and making the changes, once you are ready to save your changes, simply click on the check mark at the top of the screen, the application will take you to the signature screen again and then once completed, click on the check mark again.

Here you also have the ability to filter the assessments that you want to view, edit, add or delete:

Select your patient, Start date, by default is set to the first day of this year and end date is today, click apply once you have set the filters you would like to set.
