Add/View Health Analysis

This feature allows you to add and view a patient's health analysis.

Add Health Analysis

1. From the Main Menu, select the following: CLINICAL > Health Analysis > Add Health Analysis.

2. Enter/Select necessary fields regarding the Client/Patient, including signatures of QP and patient.

3. Click the Add Health Analysis button to save.

View Health Analysis

1. From the Main Menu, select the following: CLINICAL > Health Analysis > View Health Analysis

2. Search the Client/Patient Name..
