Clearing Houses
In order to bill MCOs, you need to be connected to a clearing house, but what is a clearing house and how do we set them up?
Between BCBS, Medicare, state payers and hundreds of other insurers, there are too many payers for Billiyo to directly connect with. So, in order to make your billing quick and easy, Billiyo integrates with both Availity and Waystar, two popular clearing houses.
Clearing houses are third party vendors and Billiyo is not affiliated with them.
Your agency is responsible to the fees and prices of the clearing house you choose.
