Your Billiyo Subscription Information

Within your Billiyo account see your plan details, update your payment information and review your billing history.

Quick Notes

  • Billiyo subscriptions are billed based on the total number of clients that are active during a billing cycle.
  • Billiyo works with a 3rd party ACH authentication service to protect your banking information. We do not have access to your bank account nor the information you provide.

Accessing the Your Billing Summary Page

To review subscription details, payment information and billing history, click here or in the left menu navigate to:



Viewing Subscription Information

Within the Current Plan section (top left), details about your Billiyo subscription will appear.

The information you'll find here includes your current plan, price per active client, add-on features and the date that your subscription renews.

 

Review & Update Payment Information

Within the Payment Method section (top right), the current payment method that on file will appear.

Click on the icon that appears to enter a new payment method — credit/debit card, Google Pay or US bank account.

  • Payment information is encrypted and is not stored by Billiyo.
  • Credit/debit cards are subject to a 3% processing fee.
  • For US bank account entry, a third-party service (called Plaid) is used.

After entering a new payment method, click on the button.

     

    View Billing History

    The Billing History section (bottom of page), houses all invoice/payment history.

    • Each table line represents a payment invoice.
    • To review the number of clients that were active each in during the billing cycle, click on the icon under the Metered Usage column.
    Click on the icon to view an invoice, and the that appears in the view invoice pop-up to download it.
