View deleted schedules and see who removed these shifts from your account.

To see your deleted schedules, please look to the left menu and navigate to through Reports > Deleted Schedules

Review Schedules
In the deleted schedules page, we will see a list off schedules that have been deleted.
The schedules that are appearing in this table are schedules that were removed (deleted) from the main scheduling page.
In the table that appears we can see detailed information about each deleted visit, including:
1. Client Name
2. Employee Name
3. Scheduled Date -When the, now deleted, visits were scheduled to be worked
4. Deleted On - When the schedule was deleted
5. Deleted By - The username of the person who deleted the schedules
6. Services - The services (pulled from the care plan) that were assigned to the deleted schedule
By default, you will see all deleted schedules for the past month. However, we can narrow down this view by using the filters at the top of the page.
In the report we can filter schedules by:
1. Client Name
2. Employees Name
3. Scheduled Date
To apply your filters, hit the blue refresh arrows.
Download Report
We can also download these deleted shifts into a report. To do so, we can click on the blue PDF or CSV buttons to the top right of the page.
