Access client documents to review them or take action on them.

The "Documents" Tab in a Client Profile

Within a client's profile, there is a designated section in which documents are housed — the "Documents" tab.

To access a client's profile, visit the "View Clients" page by clicking here or navigating to: 

CRM > Clients > View Clients

In the "View Clients" page, locate the client and click on the under the "Action" column. Then, click on "View Client" to be taken to their profile.


At the bottom of the client's profile, click on the "Documents" tab.


After clicking on the "Documents" tab, a list of all the client's documents will display. Within this table, the following actions can be taken on all document types: 

  • View the document by clicking on the icon.
  • View attachments for a document by clicking on the icon.
  • Delete a document that was added in error by clicking on the icon.
Note: If an electronic (digitalized) document has been marked as "Complete", the option to delete the document will no longer be available.


For electronic (digitalized) documents, the following actions can also be taken by clicking on the button under the "Action" column:

  • Fill out/edit the document using "Edit Document" if the document has not been completed.
  • Request signatures using "Request for Signature" if the document has not been completed.
  • View signature request history using "View Request for Signature".
  • Stop further editing of the document using "Mark as Complete".

 

The "View Client Documents" Page

Documents for all clients can be found within the "View Client Documents" page.

To access this page, click here or navigate to:

CRM > Client Documents > View Client Documents


Within the table that appears, the following actions can be taken:

  • View a document by clicking on the icon.
  • View attachments for a document by clicking on the icon.
  • Delete a document that was added in error by clicking on the icon.
