Navigation

To view or edit a user account, click here or in the left menu navigate to:

In the View User Account page, click into the Active Sessions tab.

Review Active Sessions

A session starts when a user logs into Billiyo, and it ends when the user logs out. In the Active Sessions tab, all active sessions for each user account are displayed.

About the table columns:

  • Username: The username of the person logged in.
  • Name: The name of the person the username is associated with.
  • Device: What type/kind of device they are logged in on.
  • Application: The name of the Billiyo mobile app they are logged into.
  • Language: The app language the user selected.
  • Login Time: The date and time that the user logged into the active session.
  • Last Seen: The date and time the user last opened the app.

Any unsynced work a user has done offline on a mobile app will be lost and cannot be recovered if logout is completed.

If an employee updates their mobile app without logging out beforehand, two active sessions will display — one for the session on the old version of the app and one for the session on the updated version of the app.

Log Out and Block Users

In the Active Session page, click on the icon to launch to logout process.

The force log out function is only available for mobile apps as web users are automatically logged out after periods of inactivity.

In the pop-up there two options:

  • Block user account: Check this checkbox to block the user account, stopping the user from being able to log in.

    • To learn how to unblock a user account, please refer to this article
  • Log out from all devices: Check this checkbox to log the user out of all active sessions.
    • If the user has old active sessions from updating a mobile app without logging out first, using this option will clear those sessions.

Mobile Experience After Logout

Once an active session logout has been performed, a mobile app user will be automatically directed to the login page when they open the app or take an action in-app.
