Review Active Sessions
In the Active Sessions tab, we can see the "session" for each user account in Billiyo.
A "session" starts when your employee logs into Billiyo and it ends when they log out.

In this report we can see:
-
Username - The username your employee uses to log into Billiyo
-
Name - Your employee's name
-
Device - The type of phone your employee logged into Billiyo with
- Currently we will only show active sessions for mobile devices.
- Application - Is your employee logged into the caregiver or clinical app
- Language - What language is your employee using while logged into Billiyo
- Login Time - When your employee first logged into their session.
- Last Seen - When your employee last accessed Billiyo.
If your employee updated their Billiyo app, without first logging out, then their "session" (the session that was on the "old" version of the app) never ended, so Billiyo will show that they have two active sessions. One for the old session and one for the new Session.
Log Out and Block Users
In the "Active Session" page, we can also log out employees. This will pull them out of their app and, in order to log back in, they will need to reenter their username and password.
To log out an employee, hit the
icon. This will trigger a "Logout User Account" pop up.

In this pop up you have two options
-
Block user account - This will block your employee's user account and prevent them from logging back into Billiyo
- To learn how we can unblock a user account, please refer to this article.
- Log out from all devices - This will log your employee out of all active sessions across multiple devices.
- If your employee has old active sessions from when they updated the app, logging them out on all devices will clear those sessions.
