Download Trackable License Report

To view the trackable licenses report, please head to the main menu and navigate through:
Reports > Employee Trackable

In the report that loads up we will see all trackable licenses that have been entered for your staff.

In this table we will see:

Employee - Name of the Employee
Result - If your employee passed or failed their license
Trackable License Type - What type of trackable license was recorded
- To add new trackable license types, please contact your customer success manager.
Item Number - The trackable license number
Expiration Date - When the license will expire
Remarks - Any remarks that were entered with the license
Added By - The username of the person who entered the trackable license into Billiyo
Added On - The date that a license was added
Attachment - View the image that was attached to the trackable license
- Click on the blue text "View" button to pop up an image of your trackable license

To search for a trackable license we can use the filters at the top of the page. To enter our filters, we will need to hit the blue plus sign.

Filters:

Select Employee - Search for the employee that you want to see trackable licenses for.
Select Trackable Item Type - Select the type of trackable license you want to see in the report.

To download this this report, as either a PDF or CSV, we can use the blue buttons on the top right of the page.

The report that we download, will use the filters that we entered at the top of the page.
