Scheduling: Update/Delete a Single Visit
Things change. A caregiver may call off for the day or you made a mistake and need to update or cancel a visit. In Billiyo you can delete or update a single visit.
Need to change a caregiver for the day? Need to delete a visit that was entered by mistake?
Head on over to the scheduling page and you can update or delete a single visit.
Navigation: Scheduling > Scheduling
Locate the day that you need to update or delete.
Click on the entered schedule that you would like to update or delete and then choose
.

- The Payer
- The Employee
- The Date
- The Staff Ratio

Once your changes are made don't forget to hit
.
A confirmation will appear and you can choose
to go back.
Or you can choose
to confirm.

To delete a single schedule, click delete schedule, at the bottom of the pop up.

If the schedule is not in the green (entered) status, head to the schedules approval page to reject the schedule. Then we will be able to delete it.
