Scheduling: Cancel/Not Billable Visits

If a client is hospitalized, out of town or refuses a visit, you can mark it non billable.

Sometimes we have planned to see a client and something happens to prevent us from seeing the client that day. In Billiyo we call these canceled or non billable visits. 

To mark a visit as non billable head on over to the scheduling page. 

Navigation: Scheduling > Scheduling

Locate the day that you need to cancel/mark non billable. 

Click on the entered schedule that you would like to cancel/mark non billable and then choose .

A pop up will appear. 
Here you can choose:
  • The start date 
  • The end date of the 
  • Reason
  • Remarks
  • Choose which days of the week you would like to cancel
Once you are satisfied with the choices click .

By Default all schedules will be chosen, so if you are only trying to cancel one visit, make sure you change the end date. 

A confirmation will appear and you can choose  to go back.
Or you can choose  to confirm. 
 

If a mistake was made and you canceled a schedule in error or found out later the client is needing a visit that day, head on over to the client profile to delete the non billable schedule and it will become available to work.

Choose to take the action .

Once you are in the client profile scroll to the bottom of the page and choose the tab.
Then click on the for the canceled visit that you need to delete.
Here you can take action on that canceled visit and choose to or .
If you choose .
A pop up will appear.
Here you can edit:
  • Not Billable Reason
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Remarks
Once you are satisfied with the choices click .
You can choose  to go back.
If you choose .

A confirmation will appear and you can choose  to go back. 

Choose to remove the canceled visit. 

Taking this action will get the scheduled visit back to an entered status and the caregiver can now work the visit.
