Schedule Audit in Schedule Approvals

Caregivers will not always provide adequate Remarks in the end of a Visit Note or for Services Marked Completed, Refused, Skipped or NA. Billiyo has made it easy to send a Notification back to the Caregiver to get those remarks corrected.

Here you can use the Eyeball Icon to Audit the Schedule. 

To send a Notification to the User Mark the Audit as "Found Errors" and Enter your Audit Remarks. 

Then Click "Fail Schedule".

This will send a Push Notification the the Application User to Take Action.

The Notification will also appear in the Notifications Tab of the app. 

Until a Schedule Is Approved, the Application User can make Edits to Visit Notes, Remarks and Service Status's. 

The User will need to go to the More Page and to the Completed Schedules Tab to make the Edits requested.

To Edit, Tap on the Schedule that needs to be Edited.

Click on the Pencil Icon to open the Edit Screen.

Once the Edit is completed, Click on the Check mark to the Right Side of the screen to Mark it Complete.

The User will get a Success Message.

Once the Edit has been made, you will need to go back to Schedule Approvals and Audit the Schedule again, getting it to a "Passed" Status prior to Approving the Schedule. 

Don't Forget to Enter your Audit Remarks and Click "Pass Schedule" to Save.

Once the Audit is Passed, you can take Action against the Schedule.
