Billiyo has built in Warnings and Error messages to keep you in the know. In our Schedule Approvals Page we have made it easy to identify the potential for claim denials and EVV Rejections.
Navigation: Scheduling > Schedules Approval
Once you choose your Client in the Filter at the top of the Page, You will be able to see if your schedules have Warnings.
Warnings will appear as Red Exclamations. To see the warning, Hover your Mouse over the Red Exclamation

In the instance shown here, the Worked Dates and Scheduled Dates are not matching.
These Warnings are showing us these visits are Canceled or have been marked Non Billable.
With Warnings, you still have the option to Approve the Schedule by Clicking on the check Box next to the Schedule .

Worked hours and Scheduled hours are not matching |
Either Generate the Timesheet as is and ignore the Warning, or Edit the Schedule and update the Worked Hours to match the Scheduled Hours |
Worked dates and Visit dates are not matching |
Either Generate the Timesheet as is and ignore the Warning, or Edit the Schedule and update the Worked Date to match the Scheduled Date |
Cancelled Schedule |
Either Generate the Timesheet as is with the Canceled Schedule, marking it Non Billable or if the Visit was Canceled in Error, Reject the Schedule and it will become entered so the caregiver can work the Visit |
With Errors, the Error will need to be addressed, Prior to the Check Box Appearing, to Approve the Schedule/Generate Timesheet.
In this Instance we have a Warning and an Error .
The Error is telling us a Client Signature is Missing .
To resolve this Error, the Application user will need to get a Client Signature.
The Visit will show up in the Pending Signature Tab of the app.
Once the Signature is captured the Error will go away and a check Box will appear to allow for Schedule Approval/Generate Timesheet .
