Most likely this is due to only one person being in charge of this process. To enable one step approval head on over to: MORE \> Company \> Company Settings. Here you can choose to approve and generate timesheet with one click.![](https://knowledge.billiyo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Nov-07-2025-05-01-47-1373-PM.png?width=688&height=456&name=image-png-Nov-07-2025-05-01-47-1373-PM.png) Once enabled the approver will be able to approve timesheets with one click of the button in the schedule approvals page.
