Obtaining the Application Link to Send to Potential Employees

To access your link to give to potential employees, head to More > Registration



On the screen that appears, there will be a link that you can copy. This link could be sent out via email or added to your website, for example, so that potential employees can access it.

The fields that have an * in the screenshot above are required to be filled out to move on to the next steps. 

Clicking on the + sign in the steps shown below will allow for additional contacts, education, employment history, and references to be added.

If you have any additional forms you'd like to have potential employees fill out during the application process, please reach out with your Customer Success Manager to discuss.



What Happens After a Potential Employee Submits Their Information


Once a potential employee has submitted their application, they will be added under the employees section. To review their information, head to Operation > Employee > View Employee


On the screen that appears, make sure to change the status filter to Onboarding.


To view their information, click on the + sign to the left of their name and then the View Employee Dashboard button.



On this same screen you can active the employee if you decide to hire them, by clicking on the Active Employee button.
