Plan of Care

For a Non OASIS Start of Care, PT evaluations, OT evaluations and Speech Therapy Assessments, you may need a Plan Of Care Versus a 485 to send to the Physician for approval and Signature.

Many Assessments that are available on the Clinical application include a Plan of Care section, if this section is answered the Plan Of Care will flow to the back-office portal for the office staff to review, edit, and send to the Physican. 

Navigation: CRM>Client>Patient Dashboard>Plan of Care

Here you can perform the Same actions as the 485 feature.

• Edit
• View PDF
• Re- Generate PDF 
• eFax
• Mark as Sent
• Mark as Signed and Received
• Delete

When Mark as sent or Mark as signed and Received are chosen, you will need to select the Physician the Plan Of Care is sent to or received from.

If any other action such as Mark as sent or Mark as signed and Received are taken, you can revert back to the previous status.
