Service Authorizations and Orphaned Schedules
Had a change in the Service Authorization for your client? No problem. Editing a service agreement in Billiyo will not cause you to loose your schedules. Instead they will be orphaned.
Changes happen. So in Billiyo, you can edit a service agreement and still keep your schedules.
Once the service agreement has had a change to make it end earlier than it previously was, your schedules will change in status to orphaned.
While we cannot change a Procedure code in the Service agreement, we can end date it early.
Navigation: CRM > Service Auths > Add/View SA
Search for your client.
Click on the .
Click on the button.
Changing the end date will prompt you to choose rather or not you would like to orphan your schedules.
You will also be asked if you would like to update the care plan dates for this service agreement.
Once you have entered the new service agreement, Billiyo will offer the option to automatically mass update the schedule.
You will get a warning " Billiyo will link billed schedules that are not tied to any service authorization with this service authorization if they fall within it’s date range."
