More Tab>Trackable License Page.

In this page the User can Add or Edit both client and employee trackable licenses

Add New License

To Add a New Attribute, Click the Blue Plus Sign.

 

In the page that appears, we can build the trackable license that we want to enter.

First, if you are entering a trackable license from the "Patient Tab," please select the client than the license if for.

 

Then, choose the license type.

After selecting a license type, some additional fields will appear. Please complete these data entry points.

 

After filling out the license, please tap on "Attach Files" at the Bottom of the Page and upload a photo of the license you are entering

Once you are Satisfied with the Document or Image uploaded, Click the White Check Mark at the Top Right of the Page.

Once you have the Success Message, the Back Office Staff will get a Notification that a New Trackable License has been added to your File. 

The File will automatically become apart of your client/employee profile. 

 

Expiring Notifications

If you have an Expiring License Billiyo will notify you via email.

You should also receive a Push notification from the Billiyo App and those Notifications are Housed in the more Tab, Notifications Page.

To Mark a notification as read, tap it and it will turn White.

Blue is Unread and White is Read. 

 

Review and Edit

To Edit a license, simply locate it in the app and then tap.

To attach an image to ghd license, please tap on the Image icon.

To View Expired Licenses, tap on the Toggle.

The Expired licenses will be Red.
