Mobile Application Trackable License
CPR cards, Auto Insurance and Driver's Licenses are just a few of the attributes that expire. In Billiyo Mobile Application Users can manage their own expiring attributes.
Navigation: More Tab>Trackable License Page.
In this page the User can Edit or Add a New Attribute.
To Edit the Attribute Tap on it.
To View the Image attached to the Attribute, click on the Image icon.
This action will display the attachment.
The following file types are supported: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .dot, .odt, .jpg, .png, .gif, .xls, .xlsx.
The maximum file size is 20 MB.
To View Expired Attributes, Click on the Toggle.
The Expired Attributes will be Red.
Tap on one to edit it.
To Add a New Attribute, Click the Blue Plus Sign.
Choose the Attribute Type.
Complete the Data Entry Points and Click Attach Files at the Bottom of the Page.
Once you are Satisfied with the Document or Image uploaded, Click the White Check Mark at the Top Right of the Page.
Once you have the Success Message, the Back Office Staff will get a Notification that a New Trackable License has been added to your File.
The File will automatically become apart of Your Record in Billiyo.
If you have an Expiring License Billiyo will notify you via email from the agency email you will get an email to the email address on file for you in Billiyo.
You should also receive a Push notification from the Billiyo App and those Notifications are Housed in the more Tab, Notifications Page.
To Mark it as read, Tap it and it will turn White.
Blue is Unread and White is Read.
