Alert for Low Service Authorization Hours
Set an alert to appear for mobile app users when a service authorizations hours are low.

Setup
To enable the low hours alert for service authorizations, in the left menu navigate to:
More > Company > Company Settings
Within this page, click on the "Configurations" tab and then on the
icon.
On the pop-up that appears, locate the "Enable Service Authorization Low Acknowledgement" field.
- To enable, check the checkbox.
- To disable, uncheck the checkbox.
If this field is enabled (checked), a field for "Alert When Remaining Hours Are at or Below" will be present. Within it, enter the number of hours at which the alert should start appearing.
After making changes, click on the
button to save.

Mobile App Experience
When this feature is enabled, once the remaining hours of the service authorization reach the number of hours set, mobile app users will see an alert similar to the following appear upon clocking in.

To acknowledge and dismiss the alert, the user touches

Reporting
Within the dynamic report feature, found by navigating to:
Reports > Dynamic Report
A report for "Low SA Hours Acknowledgement" can be found under the "Compliance and Audit" category.

With this report, information about when the low hours alert appeared and when it was acknowledged can be viewed.
