Live-In Caregiver
Use the alternate live-in caregiver workflow for live-in caregiver time reporting.

- The alternate live-in caregiver workflow setting is disabled by default.
- The alternate live-in caregiver workflow setting and the live-in setting in the client caregiver connection must be enabled (checked).
- Mobile app users will see a
button when enabled. - Time is recorded after it is worked using this workflow (i.e., not in real time)

Setup
There are 2 set up pieces for the alternate live-in caregiver workflow:
Both must be done for a mobile app user to see the alternate workflow.
Enable the workflow
To enable the alternate live-in caregiver workflow, head to "Company Settings" by clicking here or navigating in the left menu to:

In the "Company Settings" page, click into the
tab. On this screen, click on the
and locate the "Alternate Live-In Caregiver Workflow" checkbox.
Check the "Alternate Live-In Caregiver Workflow" checkbox and click the
button.

Document live-in caregivers
Within the client caregiver connection is where live-in status is recorded.
Click here to be taken to the "Add Client Caregiver" page to create a new connection, or in the left menu navigate to:

For cases of live-in caregivers, the "Caregiver is Live-in with patient?" checkbox should be checked.

Mobile Experience
When the alternate live-in caregiver workflow is enabled and the client caregiver connection has been marked as live-in, caregivers will see a
button appear to use to record their worked time.
