If a claim within the "EVV Claims" page needs to be voided, use the "Void" button that appears once a "Payer Claim Number" is present.

Quick Notes

Access the "EVV Claims" Page
To access the "EVV Claims" page, in the left menu navigate to:
Billing > EVV > EVV Claims
Outside of voiding a claim, within the "All Claims" tab in this page you can:
- Filter for "Worked Date", "Claim Date" , "Procedure Code", "Modifier Code", "Payer" and "Claim Status" using the filter fields at the top. If any selections are made, click on the
to refresh results. - View details for claims that have been submitted, clicking on the
to the left of a claim line to reveal additional information. - Add claim notes and update a claim's status using the
found by clicking on the to the left of a claim line. - Rebill claims by checking the checkbox next to them and then the
button, multiple claims can be rebilled at once.
Manually Enter a "Payer Claim Number"
If Billiyo has not received a claim's "Payer Claim Number", this information can be manually entered.
Within the "All Claims" tab, locate the claim within the table and click on the that appears to the left of it.
In the expanded information, locate and click on the button that appears.
On the "Claim Notes" pop-up, locate the "Payer Claim Number" field and click on the 
to the right of it.
Then, enter the number within the "Payer Claim Number" field and click on the:
to save what was entered
to cancel and not save

To exit the "Claim Notes" pop-up, click on the 
button.
How to Void a Claim
To void a claim, locate the claim in the "All Claims" tab and click on the to the left of it.

Within the expanded information, a 
button will appear. Click on this to void the claim.
Where to View Voided Claims
When a claim is voided, it is sent to the "Voided Claims" tab within the "EVV Claims" page.
