View and Manage Voided Claims in the EVV Claims Page
When a claim is voided within the "EVV Claims" page, it is sent to the "Voided Claims" tab.

- Claim notes can be added and viewed for voided claims.
- Voided claims can be rebilled.
Access the "Voided Claims" Section
To find voided EVV claims, in the left menu navigate to:
Billing > EVV > EVV Claims
Within the "EVV Claims" page, click on the "Voided Claims" tab in the upper right corner.

Any claims that have been voided will appear within the table, filtered by the date range selected within the "Claim Date" field.
If a new date range is selected in the "Claim Date" field, click on the
button to refresh the results within the table.

Add and View a Claim's Notes
To view and manage a claim's notes, after locating the claim line click on the to the left of it.
Then, locate and click on the button.

On the pop-up that appears, the following actions can be taken.
Update a claim's status |

View/edit the "Payer Claim Number" |
|
Add/view claim notes |

Rebill a Claim
To rebill a voided claim, locate the claim line within the table and click on the to the left of it.
Within the expanded information that appears, locate the button and click on it.
Upon doing so, the screen will refresh and open the All Claims Tab
Your Claim has now been Rebilled.
