How to Contact Billiyo Support

Customer Success Managers are happy to help you and your team with any questions or concerns that you might have about using Billiyo.

What can Billiyo Assist with

Overview:
When signing up with Billiyo, you were assigned a designated customer success manager (CSM). This person has provided you with their phone number an email address.

If you do not have the contact information of your CSM, please email us at hello@billiyo.com and we will connect you.

Any questions or concerns that you might have, can be directed to your dedicated CSM. However, you also have access to our entire support team. In order to reach our general help lines, there are three primary ways to contact support.

  • You could email us at hello@billiyo.com
    • We respond to emails within one business day
  • You could call us at (612) 517-1990
    • We respond to calls within 60 minutes
  • Online chat
    • We respond to chats within 30 minutes

Response times may vary depending on call volume

 

Online Chat:

To chat with the Billiyo team, first head to our website at: https://www.billiyo.com/

Then click on the blue bubble to the bottom right of the screen.

This will trigger a chat pop up where you can talk with a customer success manager. However, we first need to ask a few questions. These questions include:

  • Have a question we can help with?
    • Please type out the questions you would like help with.
    • Depending on your question, we may recomend some Knowledge Base articles that will help
  • What is your name?
    • Please provide your first and last name
  • What is the name of your agency, or the agency you work for?
    • Please enter the name of the agency you work with.
  • In case we get disconnected, what is a good email address to contact you at?
    • Please provide an email address thay we can reach you with

After completing this questions, a member of Billiyo will reach out shortly.

After your question has been answered, the CSM you were speaking with will close the conversation.

What can Billiyo support help with?

Billiyo support can help with all matters concerning the Billiyo system. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Entering information into the system
  • Troubleshooting error messages
  • Building and running reports
  • Discussing new features and improvements

Billiyo Support however cannot help with matters that concern other systems. This includes:

  • Telling you why your claims were denied
  • Determining EVV compliance and state policy
  • Troubleshooting clearing house and EVV aggregator issues
