Hospitalizations on the Clinical Application
In Billiyo when a patient is hospitalized you will want to keep a record of this. The hospitalization can be added by back office staff and clinical app users.
If a hospitalization is added by the back office a notification will be sent to the app user associated with that client.

To add a hospitalization head on over to the clinical tab.

Locate the hospitalization page.

Here you will see any hospitalizations added either by the back office or by the clinical application users.
Use the filter at the top right of the page to select your patient.

By default you will be on the completed hospitalizations.
Here you can view a PDF of the record.

To switch to incomplete or pending hospitalizations, click on the pending tab.

Pending records can be deleted. To delete a pending record click on the

A pop up will appear. Click
to continue.
Click
to go back.

To Edit the incomplete or pending record, simply click on it.

A pop up will appear.
Now you can complete all of the documentation related to the hospitalization.

Once you are satisfied with the form you can click on the
at the top right of the page.
To add a new record, click on the
.

Once you click on the
a pop up will appear.
Now you can complete all of the documentation related to the hospitalization.

Choose your patient.


Complete the form for your patient including the admission date.

Discharge date and discharge notes are optional, as you may not have the details for these fields at the time of the submission. You can come back later to edit the form once you have those details.
Once you are satisfied with the form you can click on the
at the top right of the page.

Once submitted you will get a success message and the record will be synced to the back office and remain a part of the patient chart.

Once a record is submitted you will not be able delete it here, only the back office staff can delete an existing record.
To edit the completed record simply click on it.

The form will open to allow edits.
