# Flow Sheet
## Customizable Shift Flow Sheets are available in Billiyo.

During Customer Onboarding, if you provide Services that require **Flow Sheets**, we will walk you through **Customization**.
The First Step is to **ADD** Sections.
Be Careful Not To Duplicate Sections and Questions: Search for the First in Flow Sheet Set up. Billiyo Comes with a **Default Library** of: 5 Sections and Multiple Questions within each Section. Always Best Practice to Check First. Duplications can lead to Confusion.
These will give us a **Section** to **Add** Questions to.
Lets Use Vital Signs as an Example.
My **Section** will be Vital Signs.
To begin:
I click on the **ADD Sections** Button.
Now I will Give My section a **Name** and **Description**.
Click **ADD**.
Vital Signs is by Default in the Library of Every Customer, if a Question is missing from the Section "Vital signs" please refer to **ADD Questions** below.
Now I can **ADD** Questions to My Section.
**Click** the **ADD Question** Button.
I will Free Text the **Question** that I want Answered.
I will Choose How I want the nurse to Answer the Question: **Free Text** Or **Toggle**.
I am Choosing Vital Signs So I will Choose Free Text.
And **Click ADD**.
Once All of the Questions and Sections Have been Added, I am ready to set up my **Flow Sheet** for My Client.
I am Going to Choose the **Flowsheet Setup** Button.
I Choose My Sections and **Select** or **Deselect** the **Questions** that do not apply to my Patient.
Don't forget to Click **ADD**.
Once My **Flow Sheet** is Set up my Nurse's can Chart Against them in the Billiyo Clinical Application.
Once the Flow Sheet is Completed for the Day it will be available in the Back Office.

Here I can See it is in Pending Status.
I am Going to **Generate the Flowsheet** to see the PDF.
Once the Flowsheet Has Been Generated it will be in the **Completed** Status.
Here the Only action I can Take is to **View** the **Flowsheet** PDF.
You can **Save** the **PDF** or **Print** the PDF as well.
Once the Generate Flow sheet action has been taken, no edits or deletion options are available in the Clinical Application during those Times that appear in the Flowsheet. Additional Times can still be added in the Flow Sheet, but you will need to come Back and Generate the Flowsheet again to Capture all entries.
