For EVV schedules, you can set the number of days after a schedule's date that an employee is allowed to clock in/out.

- This functionality applies to client caregiver connections that have "Enable EVV" or "Enable EVV and Geo Tracking" selected within the "Electronic Visit Verification" field.
Account-wide Setup
If you'd like to have the number of days in which employees can clock in/out after a scheduled date be universal for all, use the account-wide setting.
To set up an account-wide limitation, in the left menu navigate to:
More > Company > Company Settings
Within the "Configurations" tab, click on the in the upper right corner of the page.

On the pop-up that appears, locate the "Days After EVV Schedule Clock-in Limit" and select the number of days after a schedule's date you'd like to allow the ability to clock in/out for.
- **SELECT** = No restriction.
- Unlimited = Clock in/out is allowed for up to 365 days after the scheduled date.
- 0 = Clock in/out is allowed on the scheduled date only.
To apply the limitation selected within the "Days After EVV Schedule Clock-in Limit" to live-in caregivers as well, check the "Applies to Live in Caregivers" box.

After making your selection, and opting to limit live-in caregivers too if applicable, click on the button to save.
Caregiver Connection Level Setup
If you'd like to specify on an individual employee level the number of days in which an employee can clock in/out after a scheduled date, use the caregiver connection level setting.
To enable the individual level set up, in the left menu navigate to:
More > Company > Company Settings
Within the "Configurations" tab, click on the in the upper right corner of the page.

On the pop-up that appears, locate the "Restrict late punches for specific employees" checkbox and check it.

Then, click on the button to save.
After enabling the "Restrict late punches for specific employees" feature, when adding or editing a client caregiver connection, a field for "Days After EVV Schedule Clock-in Limit" will appear.

Within this field, select the number of days after a schedule's date you'd like to allow the employee the ability to clock in/out.
- **SELECT** = No restriction.
- Unlimited = Clock in/out is allowed for up to 365 days after the scheduled date.
- 0 = Clock in/out is allowed on the scheduled date only.
After making your selection, click on the button.
Mobile App User Experience With Limit Set
If a limit to the number of days after a schedule's date clock in/out is allowed has been set, employees will see the following message when attempting to do so outside of the set time frame.
