Ending a Client Caregiver Connection (Unassign)
When a client and employee are no longer working together, it's time to end their client caregiver connection. Doing this will stop the employee from seeing the client's information showing in-app for them to view.
Head on over to the Client/Patient Profile or the Caregiver Connection in CRM.
To Edit a Client Caregiver Connection in the Client Profile head on over to CRM>Clients>View Clients.
Click on the
button.
Choose View Client.

At the bottom of the client/patient profile you will see the Caregivers Tab.
Click on

Here you can click on the
button.
A Pop Up will appear.
Choose your Unassigned Date and Click on
.

Taking this step will retain the Client Caregiver records. Doing this will stop the employee from seeing the client's information showing in-app for them to view.
To Edit a Client Caregiver Connection in the Client Caregiver head on over to CRM>Client Caregiver>View Client Caregiver.
Click on the
to expand for more options.
Once the client caregiver is expanded click

The page will open for you to choose your unassigned date and click
