eMAR on the Clinical Application

With the Billiyo Clinical Application, Medication Administration is Easy.

Navigation: Once Logged into the Billiyo Clinical Application the User will go to the Patient Tab at the bottom of the Home Screen. 

Staying in the Patient Tab, in the Medication Tab you can Add Medications, View the History of the Medication Planner and Medication Reconciliation, View the eMAR and Administer Medications according to the Medication Schedule that is set up in the back office, and Add a eMAR Medication Schedule and Reconcile or document a Medication Reconciliation. 

To View the Medication Schedule Click on the Calendar Icon to the Right of the Patient Name. 

To Take Action on a Medication Administration, Click on the Medication Name and it will open the eMAR administration.

Once you Click on the Medication, you will see the Medication Schedule Details and in this instance the Medication Status is "Scheduled".

To take action, swipe left. 

Here you can choose to Mark it: Taken, Skipped, Refused, Held, Not Available or Administered by Another Person. 

For all Status's except Taken, you will be required to enter a Remark. 

If a Medication needs to be given, but has no Schedule to be Given, you as a Clinical Application User can Add the Schedule and Administer the Medication. 

To Schedule the Medication, Click on the Blue Plus Sign at the Bottom Right of the Page. 

To View Drug Interactions, Click on the Interactions Icon at the Top Right of the page. 

Here you can View the Interaction Description, Extended Description and how to Manage the Possible Interactions. 

You also have the ability to Fax these interactions to the Doctor from the application.
