Editing Client Caregiver Connections at a Mass Level

Need to switch multiple caregiver connections to EVV? In Billiyo you can do that. 

Head on over to CRM>Clients>View Clients

To select all clients, click on the check box at the top right of the page. 

A Button will appear .

To select certain clients, click the check box next to each clients name that you would like to switch. 

 

Once you click on the button a Pop Up will appear. 

Make your selections and click .

The following fields will be required to be filled out:

  • Electronic Visit Verification

  • Procedure Code

  • EVV Start Date 

Any changes made in the mass update option settings will apply to all client caregiver connections for the selected clients upon saving.
