What reports are in this page

Some of the reports that you can generate in Billiyo are too long for us to instantly process, so we cannot download them right away. When generating one of these longer reports, you will see a pop-up notification that will tell you we need more time to generate your report.

If you see this notification, please hit proceed and Billiyo will prepare your report. While we process this report, you can leave the page and continue using Billiyo.

Once the document has been generated, we can review and download it from the "Downloaded Documents" page.

Navigation

To review your downloaded documents, please look to the main menu and then navigate through Reports > Downloaded Documents

Review and download reports

In the page that loads up, we can see all of the longer reports that have been prepared for your agency.

To locate a specific report, we can use the filters at the top of the page.

After locating a report, you can download it by clicking the the blue "Download Report" button.
