Document Hub on the Clinical Application
Document completion on the app all in one place.
For some users, whose agency has opted in to the Document Hub, you will be able to manage document completion in one place.
You will have a Document Hub screen available on the clinical app.
To begin completion of Documents, Click on Start:
To View the list of Documents that are due for completion click on the
.
A Pop Up will appear.
The exclamation Mark indicates the document has not been started.
Click on the PDF icon to view a PDF of the document.

Documents that are failed in QA will get sent back to you in the app for completion.
Click on the
to see what is failed.

Tap on the document to open it for completion.
By default filled fields will be hidden.
To unhide filled fields turn off the toggle
.
Remarks left by the auditor will appear in Red text.

To copy data the document must also exist in the past. Use the
feature if you would like to copy data from a previously filled out document.
Click on the
to generate a PDF of the document.
To Proceed to the next document in the document group click on the
.
Once you are ready to sync the document to the back office, click on the
.
If any document is lank you will get a pop up explaining the document is blank, you will then need to choose to skip it or permanently skip it.
A skipped document will remain in the document hub for completion at a later date.
A permanently skipped document will disappear.

Documents can either be managed in the Document Hub screen or can also be completed via the schedule.
If you have a scheduled visit, documents may be attached to that schedule for completion.
