# Document Hub as an Add on Service
## For those customers who have the Paid Version of Document Hub.
This feature is currently in Beta Testing and only available to a few agencies. Once the Beta Testing is finished Billiyo will open to any agency that would like to add this add on feature.
Document Compliance at your finger tips.
**Document Grouping**.
With Document Grouping you have the control of creating groups of documents or single documents to be auto generated based on intervals of care.
To get started head to the Document Hub in Dashboards.
To get started click on the . 
A Pop Up will appear.
Here you will choose:
- Document grouping name- a free text field
- Who are receiving the following services- based on the requested services in the client profile listed under the ***services tab***.
- Due in (Based on Start of Care)
- If the frequency is **Start of Care/Date of Hire (0 Days)**, the document will be generated **30 days before** the actual due date
- Start of Care will be the Start of Care Date listed in the ***services tab***.
- Automatically generate the following documents that need to be completed
- A Multi select list of documents to be generated
Once you have selected all the appropriate fields don't forget to hit .
Once you hit , you are all set. The Documents you have chosen will generate based on the frequency that you have selected to the clients who have the requested services you have selected.
Once you have saved your document grouping, the documents will appear on the document hub in the Billiyo Clinical app.
The User can choose to start/complete the documents here.
The Documents will also be attached to the QP or Assessment Visit that is scheduled on or after the date of the document grouping set up.

In Calendar View you can Search by Client or Employee and document Types.
You can also search by document status.
By default we will show documents in all status's.
To remove a status from view click on it. 
In Calendar View you can QA documents.
Click on the  to view the document.
To Pass or Fail the document click on the appropriate buttons.
When failing a document be sure to leave remarks so the clinical staff know what to fix in the next submission.
When ready click .
This will send a notification to the Clinical App user that a document has failed.
They will have the opportunity to view the remarks, fix the errors and resubmit the document for QA review.
In order for a new document group to generate on the next cycle the document group that has been completed must be in a "QA Passed" status.
In calendar view you have communication options.
You can email and fax out the document for completion or to submit a document for record keeping.
In order to send and receive faxes, the agency must be signed up for our Billiyo Communications Package.
To see a history if the eFax/email communications click on the .
In List View you have more options.
The top of the page has analytics that when clicked on show the list of documents due. 
The List can be turned into a CSV or PDF.
To complete a document group click on the .
To view the documents due click on the .
Here you can View the PDF of the document .
Edit the document/complete it .
Or delete a document .
For Pending documents completed via the web, you will want to mark them as completed prior to being able to QA them.
You can download a PDF or CSV file to review offline (file should contain information of date range filtered for in the "Due On" filter above top left of table).
