Document Hub for client for all customers
With Billiyo Document Hub you can be sure your documents are being generated on time and with our add on service you will have the ability to monitor and QA the documents so you remain in compliance.
Accessible to all:
Document Grouping.
With Document Grouping you have the control of creating groups of documents or single documents to be auto generated based on intervals of care.
To get started head to the Document Hub in Dashboards.

To get started click on the

A Pop Up will appear.
Here you will choose:
- Set up for client

Document grouping name- a free text field
-
Who are receiving the following services- based on the requested services in the client profile
-
Due in (Based on Start of Care)- this is when your document is generated

Automatically generate the following documents that need to be completed

A Multi select list of documents to be generated

Once you have selected all the appropriate fields don't forget to hit
.
Once you hit
, you are all set. The Documents you have chosen will generate based on the frequency that you have selected to the clients who have the requested services you have selected.
Your QP will have these documents available in the documents Tab of the app on the date of the documents being due.

Document Hub as an add service or Paid Version:
For those Billiyo Customers who choose to add on this service.
In this version you will be able to see a calendar of when documents are due.
You will be able to see when documents have been completed and skipped.
You will be able to view PDF versions of the completed documents straight from this page and QA the documents, sending failed documents back to QP's for completion.
The clinical app will display a Document hub for QP''s to complete documents and documents will be attached to visits scheduled on the date of your choosing.
You will be able to send documents out for completion and signature via fill and send email and fill and send fax.
(Communications package is required for fill and send fax.)
In List View You can start filling out the document here, using the "eye" icon under the "Action" column. Once they save, the changes they make should reflect to the user who opens the document next on mobile app or web.
You will find analytic headings related to timing.
You can download a PDF or CSV file to review offline (file should contain information of date range filtered for in the "Due On" filter above top left of table).
