[Deleting Client Documents](https://knowledge.billiyo.com/knowledge/clients?hsLang=en#deleting-client-documents) # Deleting Client Documents ## If you have generated or completed a client/patient document by mistake, it can be deleted. Employee, Client and Patient Documents can be deleted.   Only Super users can delete a completed document 72 hours after the form was marked as “Complete”. To delete a document head on over to the page that the document exists in.  For example, Client Documents. Can be viewed from the client profile  and view client documents pages.  To delete a document from the client profile head on over to CRM\>Clients\>View Clients.
