Deleting Client Documents
If you have generated or completed a client/patient document by mistake, it can be deleted.
Employee, Client and Patient Documents can be deleted.
To delete a document head on over to the page that the document exists in.
For example, Client Documents.
Can be viewed from the client profile and view client documents pages.
To delete a document from the client profile head on over to CRM>Clients>View Clients.
Click in the

This will take you to the client profile.
At the bottom of the page you will see Tabs, click on the Documents Tab.
Then click on the
to delete.
You can also delete the document by clicking on
and then
.

For Completed Documents A Pop Up will appear.
You will be required to enter Remarks.

When you are satisfied with your remarks, click
,
This action cannot be undone.
A Pop Up will appear for you to choose Cancel or Confirm.

To View Deleted Client Documents, Head on over to Operation>Documents>View Documents.
Click on the Deleted Documents Tab.
Here you can view important information including: Deleted On, Deleted By, and Deleted Reason.

In Operation > Documents > View Documents you can also delete documents.
Click on the Client Documents Tab.
Click on the

.

For Completed Documents A Pop Up will appear.
You will be required to enter Remarks.

This action cannot be undone.
A Pop Up will appear for you to choose Cancel or Confirm.

Once this action is taken, the document is moved to the Deleted Documents Tab.
Here you can view important information including: Deleted On, Deleted By, and Deleted Reason.
