How to Share a Mobile App Database
If a mobile app user encounters an issue, they can share their app database with the Billiyo development team.

Quick Notes
- Sharing an app database with our development team helps us investigate technical issues more effectively, but it is not the same as contacting our Customer Success team. If you’re experiencing a problem or need support, please make sure to reach out to our Customer Success team directly to ensure your issue is properly tracked and addressed.
- When to use the database share option:
- If you are asked to do so by a member of the Customer Success team
- If you encounter an error that is not able to be resolved by the instructions here (or is not listed on this page)
Steps
The steps to share an app database is the same for both the Billiyo Caregiver and Billiyo Clinical mobile apps!
With the app open on your device:
- Touch on the
tab in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Touch on the
or
in the upper right corner of the screen.
- In the field that appears, type out what is happening — provide as much detail as possible to help ensure our development team can understand what's going on.
- (Optional) If you've taken a screenshot or recording of the issue as it occurs, touch on the
button to select and attach.
- Touch on the
button to submit.
If the submission is successful, a success message will appear. Touch on "OK" to dismiss it.
