How to Access the Daily Schedule Review Page
The All Schedule Tab
Quick Notes
- Use the All Schedule tab to quickly review daily schedule information for all schedules.
- To get the most out of the All Schedule tab, make sure to set your agency's late and missed schedule configurations (learn how to do this here).
- Click here to learn how we can use the EVV Compliance Report tab to review more detailed information for visits that are subject to EVV.
How to Access the Daily Schedule Review Page
To access this page, in the left menu navigate to:
Scheduling > Daily Schedule Review

The All Schedule Tab
When accessing the Daily Schedule Review page, the initial screen that you'll land on is the All Schedule tab.
Within it, you can quickly review basic information about a scheduled visit — including if and when visits were clocked in and out from.

As you filter within this tab, you'll find different statuses that each schedule will fall under. Here is a quick breakdown of the statuses that you'll see:
| In Progress | The employee has clocked in for the scheduled visit, but has not clocked out of it yet. |
| Completed | The employee has successfully clocked in and out of the scheduled visit. |
| Late | The employee did not clock into the scheduled visit within the number of minutes set for the Consider Schedule Late After (In Minutes) field in your company settings. |
| Missed | The employee either did not clock in for the scheduled visit, or did not clock into the scheduled visit within the number of minutes set for the Consider Schedules Missed After (In Minutes) field in your company settings. |
Below the filter fields, you'll find analytics that will allow you to quickly see how many schedules are within each status. Click on any of the statuses to reveal more information:

As you move down the page, you'll find a table of information that displays. Here is a quick breakdown of the information you'll find within the table:
| Employee Name | This column will display the name of the employee who is assigned to the scheduled visit. |
| Client Name | This column will display the name of the client who the scheduled visit is for. |
| Scheduled Date | This column will display the date that the visit was scheduled for, along with the scheduled start and end times. |
| Worked Date | This column will display the worked date, work start time and work end time once the scheduled visit has been completed. |
| Procedure Code | This column will display the procedure code and modifier being worked. |
| Employee Signature | This column will display "Yes" if the employee's signature was captured upon clocking out and "No" if the employee's signature was not captured upon clocking out. |
| Client Signature | This column will display "Yes" if the client's signature was captured upon clocking out and "No" if the client's signature was not captured upon clocking out. |
| Clock In | This column will display the actual clock in date and time. |
| Clock Out | This column will display the actual clock out date and time. |
| EVV Schedule | This column will display "Yes" if the schedule is EVV and "No" if it is not EVV. |
| EVV Status | This column will display the EVV status of the schedule along with rejection reasons returned. |
If you'd like to download information from within this tab, to be able to review offline or at a later time, you can!
Only schedules that are within the statuses (in progress, completed, late, missed) will appear within the downloaded file.
Above the table, options to download a CSV or PDF file will appear.
